Little Buddy

Thank goodness for Mom! Trenton is keeping us on our toes! I don't know what I'd do if my mom weren't in town for the week, helping me get the hang of this mommy thing. Trenton has a mind of his own and much prefers to sleep during the day rather than the night. He loves to be held and cuddled, with his arms and legs wrapped close to his body. So far, he hates getting his diaper changed, so the whole neighborhood probably knows when he's getting changed! But I'm proud of him because he's eating well and pooping often(!). (He's managed to spray us four times already! I thought babies only did that on TV.) Trenton still gets the hiccups frequently, which he did all the time when he was in my tummy.

  2. Aw, he is so precious! You will soon realize that you are much more interested in poop than you ever have been in your whole life! Its one of those really fun mommy things... What a cute little boy. So obliging too, to come early so your mom could see him!

  6. Oh I can't decide which is cuter - that first picture of him all tangled up, or you on a walk with him! He is absolutely darling - because most newborn boys look like old mean, really. Not yours! Seriously - he's beautiful.

  7. I meant "old men" . Most little boys look like old men.

    But he's precious.

Can our family have ugly babies! Really. What great genes we have. :)

  8. He gets incrementally cuter in each new picture... a clear sign of a winner. I love hime! Can't wait to see him. I can't believe you've been sprayed 4 times already! Babies find new ways to keep you on your toes all the time I guess?!?! I love that picture of you guys and the view behind you. :) Pretty family!

  10. He is such a cutie pie! I'm glad you are doing good. I think it's perfectly normal to be excited about the poop. Ben still has not sprayed Dennis, but does it to me all the time. Cuddling is so much fun! I am so excited for you and hope you are getting some sleep.

  15. Whoa, someone's popular. I guess if I wanted more blog comments I could always just have a baby?

He's looks like a baby GIANT! But he's so cute! And he poops!
