Loves and Hugs

One of the main things I say to Trenton is, "Can I give you cuddles and kisses and hugs and loves all day long??" In honor of Valentine's, we're sending some loves and hugs your way. :)

Well, Trenton is a happy, healthy, six-month-old, who according to the doctor is the size of a 10-month old. No wonder that infant carrier is so heavy! No one believes me when I tell them that he has his whiney days, because generally he is such a happy little guy (especially outside of our boring apartment!). He is becoming a more and more proficient roller, and he is constantly grinning up at us from his tummy.

I love, love, love those rosy cheeks.
This is how he felt about his first bite of rice cereal. No thank you!
But luckily, it grew on him. Doesn't he look so grown up in his chair?!
It's so much fun eating dinner at the table with him now.
He hasn't quite mastered sitting up, but he's getting close!

In other good news, Ryan still worked till midnight a few nights this week, but on Thursday he got home at 5!!! He was also able to take Tuesday morning off and join me for Trenton's doctor's appointment. It has been wonderful to see more of Ryan this week, and I'm looking forward to sharing Valentine's with him. (He has Saturday day off!!) I love you, babe!

Also, for the last 5 weeks I've been going to the gym 5 days a week before Trenton and Ryan wake up. It feels incredibly good to be back! I'm a gym girl, through and through. I wish I had started back sooner after having Trenton, but I doubt that I could have hacked it with all those middle-of-the-night feedings. Thank you for sleeping longer, Baby T!!

Happy Valentine's, everyone! Love ya!

Excuse me, you've been working out 5 times a WEEK? I'm so proud of you! I can barely get myself to work out ONCE a week... :)
